In 2012, Ashirvad Trust received the the Smt. Nandini P Divatia Rural Rehabilitation Institutional Award in recognition of a variety of our work and ethics. Click on the picture on the left for further details.

The ATD received an opportunity from Sarva Siksha Mission to start vocational training and a bridge course for disabled children in the Surendranagar District.

Thirteen children were selected for the Special Olympics organized at Surendranagar, at District Level. One child got through to the State Level Special Olympics at Surat.

In February 2009, The National Trust selected ATD for Aspiration Day Care Centre, Sayla.

In December 2008, two children participated in the State Level Olympic at Vadodara, in which one child won a Silver Medal in shot-putt and another won a Bronze Medal in softball.
Anjanaben A. Acharya, a teacher at Ashirwad Day Care Centre, Sayla was presented the Award for the District’s Best Teacher for the Disabled by the worthy hands of Shri Ramanlal Vohra, Education Minister of Gujarat, in April 2008 in Surendranagar District.

In January 2008, SSA Mission Gujarat state, selected ATD for assessment and distribution of equipment to the mentally retarded and visually impaired in Surendranagar and Rajkot District. In these camps, our support institution Shree Raj Saubhag Satsang Mandal provided kits and lunch to the children's parents.
